Fermax 30521 Surface Electromagnetic Lock 300KG
Allows closing a door without a traditional lock. It is also used to hold doors open for security reasons.
The electromagnetic lock release releases the door when it is no longer powered (inverted operation).
When there is no space in the door frame to fix the lock release or you do not want to drill it, it can be mounted on the wall with brackets.
